Jas Hayre is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in public and private practice advising clients on cross-border tax issues.

Mr. Hayre has advised clients ranging from owner-managed private corporations to Fortune 100 companies on minimizing their overall global effective tax rates. Mr. Hayre's experience includes a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, forest products, technology, manufacturing, metal and mining, real estate and financial services industries. He has held leadership and advisory roles across the spectrum of company sizes and stages, from private to publicly held companies inclusive.

Prior to founding C2 Global Solutions in July 2009, Mr. Hayre was a tax partner and leader of the international tax services group for Ernst & Young, LLP in Vancouver for the past 10 years.
